I AM H.E.R. is an acronym for "Healthy, Empowered and Restored" and is our declaration. In every gathering we set our goals on growing into H.E.R. through, bible studies, dinners or just having a good laugh. We meet every other Saturday starting February 5th, 2022 at 10:30am
